1. Acceptance of Terms: By downloading, accessing, or using the PixelKit iOS application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service: PixelKit is a utility application designed to convert, resize, compress, and clear image files. The App is designed with a privacy-first architecture; all image processing is performed locally on your device. We do not provide cloud backup, remote processing, or image hosting services.

3. User Content and Responsibility: Because PixelKit operates entirely offline and locally on your device,

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of all images and content you process using the App.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for backing up your original images. We are not responsible for any accidental deletion, corruption, or loss of data that may occur while using the App.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to use the App to process illegal, non-consensual, or otherwise prohibited content.

4. "Lifetime Pro" In-App Purchases and Subscriptions PixelKit offers a "Lifetime Pro" purchase to unlock premium features, facilitated through Apple's App Store and managed via RevenueCat.

• Definition of "Lifetime": A "Lifetime" purchase grants you access to the premium features for the operational lifespan of the PixelKit application on the Apple App Store. It does not refer to the lifetime of the purchaser.
• App Discontinuation: While we intend to support PixelKit indefinitely, we reserve the right to discontinue the App, cease updates, or remove it from the App Store at our sole discretion due to technical, financial, or platform changes (e.g., incompatible future iOS updates). In such an event, we are not obligated to provide refunds for Lifetime purchases.
• Transactions: All financial transactions are handled securely by Apple Inc. We do not have access to your billing information and cannot process refunds directly. Any refund requests must be routed through Apple Support.

5. Intellectual Property The App, including its original design, code, graphics, and branding, is the exclusive property of the developer. You may not modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without explicit permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's fitness for a particular purpose, exact pixel-perfect conversion accuracy across all unknown formats, or that the App will be entirely free of bugs or errors.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of PixelKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, images, or business opportunities) arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document or via a notice within the App. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
